What You'll Do10
- 1Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime
- 2Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- 3Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- 4Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems
- 5Repair motors conveyors gearboxes bearings chains sprockets and power transmission equipment
- 6Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V including motor controls VFDs relays and contactors
- 7Read electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals
- 8Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs accurately
- 9Follow OSHA safety standards and LockoutTagout procedures
- 10Participate in equipment installations shutdowns and continuous improvement projects
Requirements11
- 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
- 2Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems
- 3Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- 4Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- 5Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- 6Food manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
- 7High school diploma or GED required
- 8Technical or trade school education preferred
- 9Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
- 10Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 11Stand walk bend climb ladders kneel and work around industrial equipment
