What You'll Do10
- 1Set up and maintain production machinery including ovens and conveyors
- 2Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- 3Diagnose and resolve mechanical electrical and pneumatic issues
- 4Repair plumbing systems hydraulic components and cutting tools
- 5Operate industrial equipment following safety protocols
- 6Perform MIG TIG and Stick welding for component fabrication
- 7Troubleshoot PLC systems and electrical problems
- 8Document maintenance activities for compliance purposes
- 9Support changeovers by preparing equipment for production
- 10Ensure adherence to GMP and food industry regulations
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Technical certification preferred
- 32-5 years experience in industrial bakery or food manufacturing
- 4Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- 5Proficiency with conveyors pneumatic systems and hydraulics
- 6Power Industrial Training Certification
- 7Welding experience with MIG TIG and Stick
- 8Familiarity with HACCP SQF and FDA regulations
- 9Self-starting independent worker
- 10Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary Insight
$62 - $73k per year
