What You'll Do7
- 1Perform A/C repairs, appliance fixes, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work across the community.
- 2Assist the Service Manager with tasks tied to community needs and maintenance priorities.
- 3Clear service requests correctly and on time, hitting quality marks every day.
- 4Run preventive maintenance on HVAC filters, coils, and water heaters to cut breakdowns.
- 5Respond to automated emergency calls per company policy, including on-call shifts.
- 6Help with resident events and keep common areas safe and clean.
- 7Support the ongoing community preservation program by inspecting and fixing issues early.
Requirements5
- 11+ year of apartment maintenance experience handling repairs and service requests.
- 2A/C Certification Type II or Universal to service HVAC systems safely.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between sites.
- 4Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call rotation.
