What You'll Do7

  • 1Perform A/C repairs, appliance fixes, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work across the community.
  • 2Assist the Service Manager with tasks tied to community needs and maintenance priorities.
  • 3Clear service requests correctly and on time, hitting quality marks every day.
  • 4Run preventive maintenance on HVAC filters, coils, and water heaters to cut breakdowns.
  • 5Respond to automated emergency calls per company policy, including on-call shifts.
  • 6Help with resident events and keep common areas safe and clean.
  • 7Support the ongoing community preservation program by inspecting and fixing issues early.

Requirements5

  • 11+ year of apartment maintenance experience handling repairs and service requests.
  • 2A/C Certification Type II or Universal to service HVAC systems safely.
  • 3Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between sites.
  • 4Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call rotation.
