What You'll Do8
- 1Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on residential homes including HVAC electrical plumbing and building systems
- 2Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine appropriate repair solutions
- 3Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance calls promptly and professionally
- 4Conduct move-in moveout and routine home inspections to meet quality standards
- 5Maintain accurate maintenance records work orders and inventory using company systems
- 6Follow all safety protocols OSHA requirements and military installation regulations
- 7Communicate effectively with residents supervisors and team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- 8Assist with special projects renovations and community improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 21+ years of experience in residential facilities or maintenance work
- 3Working knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general building maintenance
- 4Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders
- 5Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions standing kneeling climbing
- 7Preferred certifications in HVAC electrical or maintenance
- 8Experience in residential housing or property management
- 9Familiarity with CMMS or work order tracking systems
- 10Work performed within occupied residential homes and outdoor community areas
- 11Exposure to noise dust tools equipment and varying weather conditions
