What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans using Spark and Airflow to ensure operational efficiency
  • 2Design and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel systems including HVAC and plumbing
  • 3Lead repair teams to resolve urgent maintenance requests within 24 hours while documenting all actions
  • 4Drive improvements in energy savings by analyzing consumption data from water softeners and refrigeration equipment
  • 5Supervise external contractors and coordinate their work according to company policies
  • 6Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and equipment statuses
  • 7Ensure compliance with fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures
  • 8Develop training materials for new hires focusing on technical skills and customer service
  • 9Implement inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment parts to reduce costs

Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience in facility maintenance with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems
  • 2Certification in CPC Card or equivalent maintenance credential
  • 3Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
  • 4Strong reading and writing skills for documentation and communication
  • 5Familiarity with AWS cloud services for remote monitoring and reporting
  • 6Knowledge of Kubernetes for system scalability and reliability
  • 7High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated practical experience
