Requirements6
- 1Previous maintenance facilities construction or multifamily experience preferred
- 2Basic knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical appliance repair and general maintenance systems
- 3Strong work ethic with a proactive team-oriented attitude
- 4Good communication and problem-solving skills ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- 5HVAC certification or related technical certifications are a plus
- 6Valid drivers license required
