Overview
We are seeking a full time General Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC plumbing and electrical systems at our large assisted living community. This role offers competitive pay and benefits in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate is a self starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
- 2Inspect and test fire alarm and sprinkler systems
- 3Perform routine maintenance including filter changes and equipment lubrication
- 4Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- 5Assist with site maintenance such as snow removal drainage and landscaping
- 6Complete light carpentry and general repair projects
- 7Obtain and hold a 2A Hoisting License within 90 days
- 8Work onsite Monday through Friday 7 am to 3 pm
Requirements8
- 11-3 years of relevant experience
- 2Ability to shovel or plow snow using provided equipment
- 3Valid driver's license
- 4No felony convictions
- 5Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs
- 6Proficiency in basic carpentry
- 7Strong English communication skills
- 8Willingness to assist in other areas beyond assigned duties
Salary Insight
$67 - $73k per year
