What You'll Do11
- 1Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians through coaching, hiring, training, and performance management
- 2Drive preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and ensure compliance across the facility
- 3Partner with Plant Leadership to improve machine performance and reduce equipment downtime
- 4Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize maintenance processes and boost plant performance
- 5Monitor equipment performance and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- 6Collaborate with Production Quality and cross-functional teams to support daily operations
- 7Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for long-term reliability
- 8Analyze maintenance data to increase production efficiency and reduce changeover downtime
- 9Build strong relationships with frontline employees while fostering a culture of safety and accountability
- 10Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 11Develop strategic maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals
Requirements10
- 15+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing environments
- 2Strong electrical troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment
- 3Proven leadership in preventative maintenance program development
- 4Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- 5Experience leading teams through hiring coaching and performance management
- 6Ability to interpret equipment performance data and suggest efficiency gains
- 7Bilingual Spanish proficiency required
- 8Associate degree or trade school certification preferred
- 9Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience acceptable
- 10Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
