What You'll Do9
- 1Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on sorting machines and automated equipment to ensure stable operation and efficiency
- 2Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to resolve problems within 90 day timeline
- 3Develop maintenance plans and maintain detailed service logs
- 4Coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades and major repairs
- 5Oversee sorter team during non maintenance periods to maintain sorting accuracy
- 6Train staff on equipment usage and safety protocols
- 7Monitor sorting quality and productivity while addressing operational issues
- 8Manage shift schedules and conduct basic performance evaluations
- 9Ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards
Requirements6
- 1Collage diploma or higher degree in Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering or Automation preferred
- 2Minimum 3 years mechanical maintenance experience with automated sorting equipment
- 3Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems
- 4Team management experience preferred
- 5Relevant certifications such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 6Valid forklift license required
