What You'll Do11
- 1Perform routine inspections preventive maintenance and repairs on sorting machines and automated equipment to ensure stable operation
- 2Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules
- 3Develop and execute maintenance plans keeping detailed service logs and submitting regular reports
- 4Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs upgrades and equipment improvements
- 5Oversee sorter team operations during non-maintenance periods ensuring efficient accurate sorting processes
- 6Train sorters on proper equipment use and safety procedures
- 7Monitor sorting quality and productivity resolving operational issues promptly
- 8Manage shift schedules attendance and basic performance evaluations
- 9Maintain strong sense of responsibility attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- 10Work flexible hours including early late shifts and overtime when needed
- 11Hold relevant maintenance certifications or forklift license preferred
Requirements5
- 1Collage diploma or above degree in Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering or Automation preferred
- 2Minimum 3 year mechanical maintenance experience preferring automated sorting equipment
- 3Knowledge of electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems ability to handle common equipment faults independently
- 4Team management or supervisory experience preferred
- 5Passionate about optimizing industrial processes and delivering reliable solutions
