Highly enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer for split shifts at Embassy Suites Denver Central Park. Seeking candidate with hospitality engineering experience and pool expertise to manage preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical electrical systems.
What You'll Do11
- 1Responsible for preventative and repair of mechanical electrical systems and equipment across all hotel areas
- 2Create and maintain preventative maintenance book and checklist for each shift
- 3Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions in HVAC plumbing and other equipment
- 4Perform pool chemical adjustment and filter cleaning tasks
- 5Complete maintenance request forms and log records
- 6Maintain building exterior curb appeal through lawn care painting and gardening
- 7Adhere to company policies safety procedures and security protocols
- 8Report unsafe conditions accidents injuries near misses property damage to supervisor
- 9Assist other engineering personnel when needed
- 10Perform related duties as requested by supervisor
- 11Ensure neat clean appearance per team member handbook standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality maintenance
- 3High school diploma preferred
- 4Knowledge of all maintenance trades including electrical plumbing mechanical carpentry
- 5Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and repairing hotel equipment
- 6Ability to recognize safety hazards and act upon them
- 7Skills in HVAC electrical carpentry dry walling painting plumbing roofing landscaping
- 8Proficiency with hand and electric tools parts materials
- 9Thorough knowledge of building layout sleeping function rooms
- 10Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- 11Ability to work in fast paced environment under pressure while remaining flexible
