What You'll Do11
- 1Drive buses and SUVs to transport residents to various destinations
- 2Perform comprehensive building maintenance and equipment repairs
- 3Execute detailed cleaning protocols for interiors and exteriors
- 4Repair and maintain facility infrastructure including windows and doors
- 5Manage inventory of replacement parts and tools
- 6Complete all work orders and adhere to safety regulations
- 7Conduct routine maintenance inspections and equipment testing
- 8Handle documentation including incident reports and purchase orders
- 9Assemble shelving units and organize common spaces
- 10Maintain landscaping and outdoor amenities
- 11Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver's license with possible CDL requirement
- 2Proven experience in residential maintenance
- 3Strong understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
- 4Ability to operate heavy machinery safely
- 5Commitment to resident-centered service philosophy
- 6One year of relevant maintenance experience preferred
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
