What You'll Do9
- 1Design and fabricate custom dies jigs and molds using precision machining techniques
- 2Interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to create accurate prototypes
- 3Operate CNC milling lathes plasma cutters and other machining equipment
- 4Measure and verify tool dimensions against specifications using calibrated instruments
- 5Troubleshoot mechanical failures and adjust tool components to restore functionality
- 6Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend tool lifespan
- 7Collaborate with engineering teams to translate design concepts into manufacturable solutions
- 8Document all tool modifications and repair processes in technical records
- 9Communicate tooling status and improvement opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders

- 15+ years building precision tooling with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex fabrication projects
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals knowledge
