What You'll Do8

  • 1Drive end-to-end delivery of M&A integration and separation engagements, leading workstreams from pre-close planning to Day 1 readiness and synergy tracking.
  • 2Build financial and operational models to analyze data, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • 3Lead client workshops and stakeholder discussions to align cross-functional teams on integration milestones, governing documentation, and deliverables.
  • 4Own project budget, timeline, and risk management for multiple workstreams in fast-paced deal environments.
  • 5Oversee development of reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials, ensuring high-quality and accuracy.
  • 6Coach and mentor junior team members, providing performance feedback and fostering a team-based culture.
  • 7Contribute to firm initiatives such as training, knowledge development, and process improvement.
  • 8Support business development by identifying opportunities and assisting in proposal development.

Requirements9

  • 110+ years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, corporate FP&A, corporate development, or M&A planning and execution.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3Proven experience supporting integration and separation initiatives, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, operating model design, and synergy tracking.
  • 4Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders in deal environments.
  • 5Knowledge of change management principles, process mapping, and communication planning during integrations.
  • 6Understanding of carve-out, divestiture, and post-merger transformation programs.
  • 7Experience with procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.
  • 8Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
  • 9Adaptability, attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
