- 2Consult buyers, convert to agreements, and identify homes
- 3Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
- 4Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- 5Consult sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
- 6Commit to weekly trainings, morning huddles and weekly in-person team meetings
- 7Participate in seasonal team activities
- 8Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services
- 9Close business
Requirements7
- 1Licensed real estate professional
- 23+ years’ of real estate sales experience in the Luxury category
- 3Intrinsically motivated sales professional with record of success
- 4Excellent at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions
- 5Strong communicator committed to service
- 6Growth-minded desire to work in collegial environment
- 7Willingness to try new strategies and procedures
Salary Insight
$150 - $200k per year
