What You'll Do7
- 1Graduate from the elite PLACE Launch onboarding program
- 2Execute established weekly lead generation and prospecting activities
- 3Hold a minimum of two strategic open houses per month
- 4Consult with clients identify dream homes and negotiate offers
- 5Track progress tasks and client interactions using PLACE technology
- 6Actively engage in weekly team meetings script practice and accountability coaching
- 7Maintain active participation in individualized mentorship sessions
Requirements6
- 1No prior real estate experience required
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Reliable transportation
- 4Age 18 or older
- 5Ability to obtain Missouri Real Estate License
- 6Strong communication skills and passion for helping others
