Overview
LPN in infant and pediatric home care will deliver high-acuity, hospital-level care in a home setting for an infant client with tracheostomy and ventilation. You will join BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office and work with a supportive Clinical Manager team while expanding clinical skills in one-to-one client care. This role emphasizes autonomy, hands-on care, and compassionate family-centered service in the patient’s home. What You'll Do8
- 1Build and document care plans based on doctor orders for a single infant client
- 2Follow up on orders, monitor conditions, and document observations and interventions
- 3Provide hands-on nursing care including assessments and evaluations in the home
- 4Scale clinical skills with autonomy while ensuring family education and support
- 5Report changes to the Clinical Manager and physician and adjust care as needed
- 6Travel to a nearby client on a schedule you choose
- 7Document accurately to ensure continuity of care
- 8Maintain compliance with BAYADA policies and state regulations
Requirements5
- 1Graduation from an accredited nursing program with diploma or transcript
- 2Current LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
- 3Willingness to work overnight shifts in a private duty home setting
- 4Ability to perform hands-on care for an infant with tracheostomy and ventilation (training provided)
- 5Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration with family and clinical team
