Overview
Manage cleanliness of public areas and restrooms across the hotel. Report to Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Ensure lobby and guest spaces remain presentable while supporting other departments. Provide exceptional service and address guest needs promptly.
What You'll Do11
- 1Service lobby floors and restrooms throughout the day
- 2Maintain executive offices and associate restrooms
- 3Service guest and associate locker rooms
- 4Keep stairways and main entrance clean and accessible
- 5Collect and dispose of ash urns
- 6Operate elevators for guests and staff
- 7Complete assigned cleaning projects daily and weekly
- 8Anticipate guest requests and resolve concerns
- 9Follow loss prevention procedures for safety and security
- 10Attend mandatory staff and training meetings
- 11Collaborate with departments to handle special requests
Requirements7
- 15+ years building cleanliness experience
- 2Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipelines
- 3Strong communication skills via radio and phone
- 4Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- 5Experience pushing or pulling 75 pounds without assistance
- 6Willingness to work flexible AM and PM shifts
- 7Commitment to Omni hospitality standards
