What You'll Do12
- 1Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms vacuuming and dusting
- 2Uphold Omni Safe and Clean processes
- 3Restock and replace used items within guest rooms
- 4Communicate clean status of each room upon completion
- 5Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms
- 6Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times
- 7Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order
- 8Maintain a professional neat and organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards
- 9Respond swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situations
- 10Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident
- 11Attend all required department trainings and meetings
- 12Perform any other duties required by management

- 1Strong attention to detail
- 2Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- 3Maintain a professional business appearance attitude and performance
- 4Prior housekeeping experience required or other relevant environmental services experience
- 5Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
- 6Requires frequent bending reaching overhead and squatting
- 7Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events including nights weekends and holidays
- 8Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- 9Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor and composure at all times
- 10Must have the ability to report to work on time and when scheduled
- 11Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- 12Must meet standards of appearance and maintain a high level of personal hygiene at all time
- 13Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests management and co-workers
