Overview
Customer Service provides SMART service while assisting Pro customers and Garden Center associates. This part time role focuses on loading staging and order fulfillment within a fast-paced environment. Unique opportunities exist to grow with Lowe’s Pro program.
What You'll Do17
- 1Provides SMART customer service through execution of Lowe’s policies
- 2Assists customers with locating selecting carrying loading merchandise
- 3Supports checkout fulfillment and customer assistance needs
- 4Pulls staging and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately
- 5Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move merchandise
- 6Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing
- 7Collects carts and maintains clean organized safe work areas
- 8Identifies and reports safety hazards theft and security concerns
- 9Operates store equipment as needed depending on role
- 10Communicates stock and product information to customers
- 11Follows all safety policies and performs required training
- 12Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size
- 13Ensures orders are loaded accurately while maintaining product quality
- 14Serves as visible extension of Pro Desk supporting Pro customer relationships
- 15Builds relationships with repeat Pro customers and supports MyLowe’s Pro Rewards
- 16Ensures Pro Standards are maintained in parking lot and under canopy
- 17Completes additional duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 16 months experience using a computer
- 26 months experience using retail technology smartphones tablets
- 3Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration
- 4High school diploma or GED
- 56 months retail experience as a Loader at any home improvement retailer
- 66 months retail merchandising experience including zone recovery stocking
- 76 months experience inspecting carrying loading materials in vehicles
- 8Proven ability to work flexible schedule in part time capacity
