What You'll Do10

- 8Support crisis intervention and documentation during clinical encounters

Requirements10
- 1Active New York State LMSW or LMHC licensure required
- 2Limited permit acceptable
- 3Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- 4Experience in direct clinical practice, case management, or counseling services
- 5Proficiency in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and crisis intervention
- 6Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration
- 8Compassionate, culturally competent, client-focused approach to care
