What You'll Do9
- 1Develop case strategy and advise clients on legal options
- 2Conduct legal research and factual investigations

- 4Manage written discovery and discovery disputes
- 5Take and defend depositions of parties experts and third‑party witnesses
- 6Prepare for and argue motions and hearings
- 7Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- 8Assist with trials and evidentiary proceedings
- 9Guide clients through settlement agreements and case resolution
Requirements7
- 13+ years civil litigation experience
- 2Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
- 3Experience handling matters through multiple stages of litigation
- 4Deposition experience including witness preparation and examination
- 5Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
- 6Proactive client‑focused approach
- 7Active membership in the Washington State Bar or ability to become licensed promptly
Salary Insight
$150 - $160k per year
