Active Food Handler certification or ability to obtain soon after hire. You will own meal prep and quality control at a high-volume hotel restaurant and banquet operations. Requirements5
- 1Active Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain one shortly after hire) certification
- 2Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays availability
- 3Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team organizational skills
- 4Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds physical stamina
