What You'll Do11
- 1Build accurate project estimates and quotations using Spark and Airflow
- 2Review construction drawings and RFQs to identify missing information
- 3Coordinate with engineering and production to validate product selections
- 4Prepare comprehensive bid packages and sales orders
- 5Verify technical specifications and ensure compliance with client needs
- 6Track and manage multiple active quotations within turnaround expectations
- 7Communicate directly with customers and contractors to resolve technical questions
- 8Maintain CRM records and coordinate order fulfillment
- 9Escalate high-value opportunities to management for resolution
- 10Protect gross margins by confirming costs and avoiding pricing errors
- 11Follow up consistently to convert proposals into purchase orders
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in technical estimating or sales support
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to work independently in an onsite location in Buffalo Grove Illinois
- 6Current US work authorization
- 7Bachelor's degree in business engineering or related field
- 8Familiarity with LED lighting and off-grid solar systems
- 9Experience reviewing RFPs RFQs and bid documents
- 10Knowledge of construction standards and commercial procurement processes
