Customer Service Specialist Lighting Industry

What You'll Do11
- 1Process and manage orders in NetSuite
- 2Provide product quotes and solutions based on customer needs
- 3Answer customer calls troubleshoot common issues route technical questions to in house technician
- 4Respond to email and live chat inquiries with professionalism
- 5Interact with production and shipping to coordinate order needs and ensure smooth deliveries
- 6Support sales and marketing by providing samples demos brochures and catalogs
- 7Manage designated tickets handling issues directly or designating appropriate team members
- 8Assist business buyers with account setup and relationship management
- 9Manage warranty registrations and returns for residential and commercial customers
- 10Issue RMAs and share return tracking details
- 11Follow up on unresolved issues ensuring positive resolution
Requirements8
- 1Ability to resolve customer issues and take initiative to follow through until satisfied
- 2Proficiency with customer service applications such as Front NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Understanding of warranty RMA and return processes
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- 6Experience working in lighting industry or with lighting product lines including LED fixtures retrofits recessed lighting
- 7Familiarity with lighting terms specifications and basic installation concepts
- 8Bilingual Spanish preferred
