- 1Serve as audit engagement leader and/or client service coordinator managing financial statements and disclosures
- 2Manage multiple engagements and maintain milestone tracking for assurance projects
- 3Identify technical accounting matters early and coordinate with specialists
- 4Review work products and communicate audit status to clients
- 5Maintain client relationships throughout the year to understand strategic goals
- 6Manage profitability billing collections and operational discipline
- 7Assess risk and design audit procedures for engagement teams
- 8Develop external relationships to support business growth
- 9Provide business advice and present as trusted advisor
- 10Understand team skillsets and provide coaching feedback

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2Active CPA required
- 313+ years progressive public accounting or external audit experience
- 4Proven leadership managing large complex audit portfolios
- 5Deep technical mastery of US GAAP or US GAAS standards
- 6Experience with digital audit tools and data-enabled audit approaches
- 7Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- 8Strategic thinking with firm-wide vision and decision-making influence
- 9Ethical judgment and independence in assurance engagements
- 10Flexibility to travel and manage demanding workloads
