What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and organize daily enrichment activities and events
- 2Encourage resident participation in social recreational educational programs
- 3Support group and one-on-one activities promoting engagement well being
- 4Prepare materials set up activity spaces and clean up after programs
- 5Observe residents during activities and report concerns to staff
- 6Promote positive inclusive environment for all residents
- 7Assist with special events holiday celebrations and community outings
- 8Maintain activity supplies and organize program areas
- 9Collaborate with team to implement program improvements
- 10Ensure safety and accessibility during all activities
- 11Document outcomes and gather feedback for continuous enhancement
Requirements9
- 1Ability to work flexible schedule
- 2Reliable attendance and consistent work schedules
- 3Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- 4Certifications including SFA ACE AFAA CPR First Aid
- 5High school diploma minimum
- 6At least one year relevant experience
- 7Willingness to work holidays weekends and overtime
- 8Compassion for elderly and genuine desire to help others
- 9Background check fingerprinting physical drug test TB testing mandatory
