Overview
You will own the full lien waiver lifecycle for Valcourt Group in Tampa, ensuring property owners are protected and payments are documented across construction projects. You will manage Level set software for audit trails, track waivers from start to finish, and coordinate with project teams to secure approvals. This role combines specialized construction administration with office duties, offering a direct impact on project compliance and payment flow.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain Lien Waiver software with accurate data and a complete audit trail for every waiver.
- 2Prepare and distribute lien waivers, tracking current construction waivers to meet deadlines.
- 3Obtain closeout waiver documents and hand them to management to secure final payment.
- 4Expedite waiver submittals by chasing down approvals from project teams and subcontractors.
- 5Secure conditional and unconditional waivers, verifying approvals and releases for each.
- 6Handle office administrator tasks such as answering phones, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies.
- 7Self-manage assigned workload, prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines.
- 8Track all waiver requests and statuses in the system, flagging risks to management.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of construction industry experience in a similar role with general math skills.
- 2High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3Prior Lien Waiver software experience essential.
- 4Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 5Strong organization and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 6Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal and external parties.
- 7Ability to read and interpret project documents accurately.
