What You'll Do7
- 1Oversee monthly subcontractor billing using Textura ensuring compliance tracking and payment authorization
- 2Record billings and payments in the ERP system
- 3Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain system accuracy
- 4Assist in preparation and posting of monthly construction project invoices
- 5Support job audits across pre during and post project phases
- 6Communicate payment status updates to subcontractors and vendors
- 7Handle general accounting tasks as needed
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 1-3 years experience in invoicing and accounts payable
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- 4Background in construction accounting
- 5High integrity discretion and positive attitude
Salary Insight
$73 - $77k per year
