What You'll Do9

  • 1Build blood collection procedures via venipuncture and capillary methods for accurate results
  • 2Design and perform waived point-of-care tests and document results in the system
  • 3Lead quality control activities and resolve testing issues to maintain reliability
  • 4Drive and operate the mobile lab van as needed to support scheduling and routes
  • 5Own patient information entry and test result documentation in the laboratory system
  • 6Scale inventory management and equipment maintenance for mobile labs
  • 7Coordinate with facility staff to meet STAT testing turnaround goals
  • 8Train and guide junior staff on procedures and safety
  • 9Monitor specimen integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements6

  • 1Active California LVN license
  • 2Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • 3Familiarity with laboratory processes and clinical workflow
  • 4Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • 5Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 6COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
