What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform focused nursing assessments and escalations to RN/MD with objective information
  • 2Document thoroughly and on time to ensure defensible records and efficient care
  • 3Educate patients and caregivers using teach-back aligned to the plan of care
  • 4Support wound care and other skilled tasks per orders and competency
  • 5Coordinate with office and interdisciplinary team to ensure on time visits and order adherence
  • 6Deliver care within home setting and maintain consistent visit cadence
  • 7Assist with medication reconciliation and safety education within scope
  • 8Manage field-based workflow with smart routing and predictable schedules
  • 9Contribute to charting and scheduling product feedback to reduce documentation burden
  • 10Maintain compliance with CPR/First Aid and license requirements
