What You'll Do8
- 1Collaboratively solicit residential and commercial new claims and referral partners
- 2Sign inspect and evaluate document property damage for residential and commercial claims
- 3Prepare submit and negotiate insurance claims on behalf of policyholders
- 4Communicate with clients insurance carriers contractors and stakeholders to advance claims efficiently
- 5Advocate for clients best interests and ensure fair settlements are achieved
- 6Maintain accurate records reports and claim documentation
- 7Deliver exceptional customer service while educating clients on the claims process
- 8Generate new business and efficiently close provided leads
Requirements6
- 1Active Texas Public Adjuster license or ability to obtain one
- 2Prior experience in insurance adjusting construction restoration or related field preferred but not required
- 3Strong negotiation and communication skills
- 4Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple claims simultaneously
- 5Professional demeanor with a client-focused mindset
- 6Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field inspections
