Overview
The Licensed Professional Counselor will own mental health and substance use disorder services at EECH across Washington DC and College Park. This fully remote eligible role provides competitive compensation and benefits while serving underserved populations.
What You'll Do16
- 1Conduct and document initial assessment of patient and treatment program readiness
- 2Perform ongoing assessments of patient strengths and counseling needs
- 3Develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual history
- 4Establish safety plans for all clients
- 5Review and analyze treatment plans to evaluate progress
- 6Collaborate with prescribing physicians and health professionals
- 7Support patients and families in self-management and behavioral change
- 8Maintain therapeutic relationships to achieve treatment goals
- 9Adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations
- 10Develop aftercare programs and follow-up procedures
- 11Record and maintain patient information accurately
- 12Provide education to patients and community members
- 13Refer patients to specialists as appropriate
- 14Consult with other providers and participate in provider meetings
- 15Participate in outreach events and staff conferences
- 16Update education and therapeutic techniques continuously
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2MD license in Washington DC and Maryland
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification preferred
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 63-5 seasons leading mental health initiatives
- 72-5 years managing complex client cases
- 81 year proficiency with UDS systems
