What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement treatment plans using psychodynamic and CBT techniques
- 2Manage full billing and scheduling for clients
- 3Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions
- 4Provide supervision and case consultation within the team
- 5Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- 6Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases
- 7Participate in weekly team meetings and professional development
- 8Support new patient onboarding processes
- 9Utilize family systems theory to enhance therapeutic outcomes
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's degree and independent license in New York State
- 3Full-time or flex schedule with 30-35 client hours weekly
- 4Bi-monthly automatic payments for completed sessions
- 5Relocation required for in-person positions in Wantagh or Cedarhurst
- 6Weekend availability preferred for telehealth roles
- 7Minimum one year psychotherapy experience
- 8License/Certification in LCSW/LMHCP or related fields
