What You'll Do7
- 1Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospects and warm leads to schedule quotes.
- 2Follow up persistently via phone, text, and email to keep deals moving.
- 3Quote new business across Auto, Home, and Renters lines, aiming for 15+ quotes per day.
- 4Close sales by presenting coverage options and overcoming objections confidently.
- 5Manage your pipeline in the agency CRM to track every lead and follow-up.
- 6Adhere to Allstate compliance standards and state regulations in all transactions.
- 7Collaborate with agency leadership to hit monthly production targets and beat quotas.
Requirements7
- 1Active Texas Property Casualty license required.
- 21+ year in sales or customer service, with a preference for insurance sales.
- 3Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- 4Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- 5Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with outbound calling.
- 6Basic computer proficiency, including CRM and email tools.
- 7Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required.
