Requirements7
- 1Valid Texas Property Casualty License (required)
- 2Personal or general lines license needed
- 3Demonstrated success in insurance sales or similar client facing roles
- 4Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities both written and verbal
- 5Genuine passion for helping people and understanding their needs
- 6Comfort and proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
- 7Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a traditional office setting
Salary Insight
$85 - $95k per year
