Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative Allstate
Overview
We are expanding and hiring top performing full time insurance sales representatives to join our team-oriented sales department. This role offers success in a client oriented environment with competitive compensation.
What You'll Do9
- 1Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- 2Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations to close deals
- 3Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
- 4Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and resolve issues
- 5Grow sales revenue using phone email and lead databases
- 6Generate new business prospects through referrals networking and cold calling
- 7Maintain strong communication skills and responsiveness to inquiries
- 8Handle appointment scheduling and cancellations within required timeframe
- 9Demonstrate confidence and independence while working autonomously
Requirements5
- 1Property & Casualty license preferred but training provided
- 2Prior sales experience with proven ability to multi-task
- 3Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- 4Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- 5Commitment to achieving measurable results
