What You'll Do8
- 1Build a client caseload within your first 90 days, conducting intake assessments and delivering evidence-based therapy.
- 2Design individualized treatment plans for adult and/or child and adolescent populations, adjusting as progress is made.
- 3Document client progress in the EHR system, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- 4Coordinate care with other providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive treatment.
- 5Answer client inquiries and provide psychoeducation to families and guardians.
- 6Manage a productivity-based schedule that balances client sessions with administrative tasks.
- 7Utilize the latest digital technology for telehealth and in-person sessions, ensuring a seamless hybrid experience.
- 8Participate in team meetings and case consultations to support a collegial work environment.
Requirements8
- 1LCSW or LMFT license in the state of California, active and in good standing.
- 2LPCC license accepted for this role.
- 32+ years of clinical experience post-licensure, with a focus on adult or child and adolescent populations.
- 4Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
- 5Comfort with hybrid work, including telehealth and in-office sessions in Escondido.
- 6Strong documentation and time-management skills.
- 7Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
