Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Washington Remote
Overview
Own a caseload of adult and child/adolescent clients at LifeStance Health, a leading behavioral health provider in Washington State, with a compensation range of $90,000-$115,000 and uncapped earning potential. You will join a multidisciplinary team of LMHC, LCSW, and LMFT clinicians dedicated to evidence-based care. This fully remote role offers a sign-on bonus, 401K with 4% match, and paid parental leave. You will practice with full clinical autonomy while supported by a robust administrative team, enabling you to focus on patient outcomes.
What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver individual therapy to adults and/or child/adolescent populations using evidence-based modalities, building a caseload within the first 90 days.
- 2Develop treatment plans and document progress in EMR systems, meeting productivity targets that drive uncapped compensation.
- 3Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians on integrated care plans, ensuring continuity for complex cases.
- 4Maintain full clinical licensure in Washington State, adhering to ethical and legal standards in telehealth practice.
- 5Participate in team consultations and case conferences to elevate clinical quality across the practice.
- 6Engage in ongoing CEU training to expand therapeutic skills and maintain board certification.
- 7Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations, adapting interventions to individual client needs.
- 8Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring secure and confidential remote therapy delivery.
Requirements8
- 1Fully licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State, with active credentials.
- 22+ years of post-licensure clinical experience, including direct work with adult and/or pediatric populations.
- 3Must reside in Washington State for remote work, with reliable internet and a private telehealth space.
- 4Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is preferred.
- 5Ability to meet productivity benchmarks of 25+ client hours per week for full-time roles.
- 6Familiarity with electronic health records (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and telehealth platforms.
- 7Strong documentation skills with timely completion of clinical notes and treatment plans.
- 8Commitment to cultural humility and serving diverse communities across Washington State.
