What You'll Do9
- 1Develop new business by prospecting through referrals, networking, and lead management systems like CRM tools.
- 2Conduct needs-based assessments to tailor insurance solutions for each client.
- 3Present and sell policies with clarity, using Life Health and Property Casualty products to meet client needs.
- 4Exceed monthly sales targets by consistently hitting performance goals.
- 5Provide accurate quotes and process applications, ensuring follow-up within 24 hours.
- 6Stay current on product offerings and compliance, applying industry regulations to every transaction.
- 7Maintain detailed client records and documentation in CRM systems.
- 8Resolve client inquiries promptly, handling concerns with professionalism.
- 9Collaborate with the team to share strategies and drive agency growth.
Requirements9
- 1Hold an active Property Casualty license and a Life Health license (or obtain both within a set timeframe).
- 2Show proven sales experience in customer service or related fields, with insurance background preferred.
- 3Demonstrate strong communication skills to build trust quickly.
