Lettershop Operator Weekend Shift
Overview
We seek a reliable Lettershop Operator for weekend shifts at Streamworks LLC in Minneapolis. This full-time position runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays offering competitive wages. The role involves operating Inserter and Inkjet equipment to meet quality and time targets while supporting profitability goals.
What You'll Do11
- 1Read and understand job tickets and customer instructions
- 2Operate assigned equipment according to work orders and quality standards
- 3Follow sign-off and Continuity pull process
- 4Enter job inventory and time data electronically
- 5Program and set up equipment using its computer
- 6Maintain equipment and follow established processes
- 7Set up stations tray and bagging requirements
- 8Communicate job status supplies and special instructions to leadership
- 9Maintain clean organized area and practice ergonomics
- 10Participate in 6S/Lean manufacturing initiative
- 11Support continuous improvement activities
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Previous experience with lettershop equipment desired
- 3Ability to sort mail following USPS rules
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Strong mathematical abilities including unit conversions and fraction operations
- 6Physical stamina to stand for extended periods with bending lifting and gripping
- 7Close distance vision depth perception and color vision
- 8Regular exposure to moving parts fumes airborne particles and occasional toxic chemicals
- 9Frequent exposure to loud noise levels
