Overview
Manage recruitment admission and enrollment operations for LL.M. M.L.S. and summer programs. Process confidential applications provide program-level assistance for recruiting events coordinate logistics for prospective student information sessions. Serve as initial point of contact for admissions team. Located in Nashville TN working in person four days weekly.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with admissions contacts and third-party recruiters to process applications
- 2Design and ship recruiting collateral for LL.M. events
- 3Coordinate virtual recruiting activities such as LSAC Digital Forums and information sessions
- 4Maintain website content for LL.M. Recruiting Events and Welcome Entering Students sites
- 5Ship admission kits and track delivery of recruiting materials
- 6Process transcripts and communicate with URO regarding CAS reports
- 7Onboard international students by providing campus information and escorting to offices
- 8Support Admissions Liaison duties with M.L.S. team and vendor coordination
- 9Assist in annual outreach to global alumni and collect employer location updates
- 10Handle difficult situations courteously in high stakes environment
- 11Prioritize multiple projects and manage daily workload effectively
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum two years relevant experience
- 2Proficiency with Slate LSAC UNITE systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Experience with web content management systems and design tools like Canva
- 4Familiarity with WeChat messaging and virtual meeting platforms
- 5Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- 6Experience in higher education or student services preferred
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- 9Preference for knowledge of admissions databases and CRM systems
- 10Experience with transcript processing and international student onboarding procedures
