Legal Document Specialist, 3rd Shift & Onsite
Overview
Lead with precision on time-sensitive legal documents at scale, supporting a nationwide client base. Work in a collaborative, onsite Phoenix environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate across shifts to ensure seamless document production and formatting.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and format legal documents to firm specifications using multiple software tools
- 2Convert, clean and format documents across file formats to support TOAs and TOCs
- 3Create charts, tables and spreadsheets as requested to support legal submissions
- 4Transcribe dictation and restore corrupted documents to maintain file integrity
- 5Provide help desk support for application queries and troubleshoot issues while meeting deadlines
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree with 3+ years legal word processing preferred
- 2Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- 3Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy
- 4Experience in legal word processing or document production environment
- 5Ability to work late overnight shift and overtime as required
