- 6Open organize and maintain client files both physical and electronic
- 7Prepare and send correspondence and support e-filing tasks
- 8Order office supplies and maintain general upkeep
- 9Provide overflow support to Office Manager and legal team
Requirements8
- 1Prior experience as a receptionist legal assistant or similar front-office role
- 2Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills
- 3Excellent organization and attention to detail
- 4Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- 6Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- 7Discretion when handling confidential client information
