What You'll Do7
- 1Operate multi-line telephone system routing calls without extended hold times
- 2Take accurate messages and email them to appropriate individuals
- 3Greet visitors and notify relevant staff of arrivals
- 4Maintain reception area conference rooms and overall appearance
- 5Process mail handle invoices manage check logs schedule calendar and coordinate conference rooms
- 6Backup staff assist legal assistants and paralegals
- 7Perform additional duties as requested
Requirements7
- 1Fluency in English and Spanish
- 2Comfortable operating multi-line telephone systems handling high call volume
- 3Ability to remain seated managing busy telephone console
- 4Highly organized detail-oriented emphasizing accuracy and timeliness
- 5Proficient in Outlook Word and Excel
- 6Typing speed 45-60 wpm
- 7High school diploma or higher
