Leasing Consultant, Bilingual & Property Management (OneSite, Yardi)
Overview
bilingual leasing consultant based in Glendale AZ responsible for converting leads to leases and supporting resident retention at Country Gables. You will conduct property tours, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness. You will be an ambassador for the Portico brand, delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects. This role involves daily office operations, team collaboration, and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build personalized tours and convert inquiries into visits and leases.
- 2Lead accurately process rental applications and communicate approvals within timelines.
- 3Own lease documents, addenda, and move-in materials coordinating with maintenance.
- 4Drive prospect follow-up to maximize leasing conversions.
- 5Manage OneSite data entry and maintain leasing documentation.
- 6Support resident retention through renewal outreach and community engagement.
- 7Prepare reports and maintain organized files and inventory.
- 8Collaborate with maintenance, vendors, and corporate teams.
- 9Participate in marketing initiatives and market surveys.
Requirements5
- 1minimum six months of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- 2high school diploma or GED required
- 3bilingual in English Spanish
