What You'll Do6
- 1Encourage positive participation using enrichment and play-based activities to develop mental physical and social abilities.
- 2Co-teach creative lesson plans emphasizing social emotional learning curriculum themes and indoor outdoor play integration.
- 3Perform childcare duties such as potty training diapering feeding cleaning and nurturing.
- 4Assist with additional program tasks as directed by management.
- 5Maintain compliance with NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Article 47 regulations.
- 6Support staff in fostering a child-centric learning environment.
Requirements6
- 1Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 2Two years supervised documented preschool experience for children under six years old.
- 3One to three years teaching experience specifically for children under six years old.
- 4Familiarity with NYC health regulations.
- 5Strong communication skills and collaborative teamwork.
- 6Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving educational trends.
