Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with five years experience or Master's with three years experience
  • 2Five years progressive experience in job or related occupation
  • 3Proficiency with human resource management systems and performance frameworks
  • 4Experience conducting needs analysis and strategic planning
  • 5Ability to perform HR analytics and interpret data results
  • 6Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • 7Understanding of talent development and organizational learning principles
  • 8Experience supporting global training programs and change management
  • 9Knowledge of compensation structures and benefits administration
  • 10Commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives

$144 - $208k per year
