Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with five years experience or Master's with three years experience
- 2Five years progressive experience in job or related occupation
- 3Proficiency with human resource management systems and performance frameworks
- 4Experience conducting needs analysis and strategic planning
- 5Ability to perform HR analytics and interpret data results
- 6Strong communication and facilitation skills
- 7Understanding of talent development and organizational learning principles
- 8Experience supporting global training programs and change management
- 9Knowledge of compensation structures and benefits administration
- 10Commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
Salary Insight
$144 - $208k per year
