What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and refine HR policies and procedures, updating them as labor laws evolve.
  • 2Coordinate recruitment from interview scheduling to reference checks, then own the onboarding experience with HRIS data entry.
  • 3Administer employee benefits programs, resolve benefits questions, and guide open enrollment.
  • 4Maintain precise employee records, auditing HRIS data for accuracy.
  • 5Launch employee engagement initiatives, from surveys to recognition programs, boosting workplace culture.
  • 6Advise employees and managers on HR issues with clear, compassionate guidance.
  • 7Support performance reviews and development plans, aligning them with company goals.
  • 8Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEOC and FLSA standards.
  • 9Drive special HR projects, such as implementing a new HRIS module or streamlining leave tracking.

Requirements8

  • 13+ years in human resources or people operations, with a track record in employee relations and compliance.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data management, including ADP or BambooHR.
  • 4Strong command of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including FMLA, ADA, and COBRA.
  • 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, especially Excel for reporting.
  • 7Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in a multitasking environment.
  • 8Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a preference for manufacturing or tech industry experience.
