Lead Sales Associate, BODYBAR Pilates & Studio Growth
Overview
Sales role owning the client lifecycle and membership growth across two studios. Lead customer service, class registrations, and promotions while training other team members. Drive community engagement and brand presence through local events and partnerships. This role offers part-time hours with early mornings, evenings, and weekends and potential for advancement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and own the sales process to generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships
- 2Lead class registration and attendance workflows ensuring adherence to studio policies and promotions
- 3Manage client lifecycle from joining to cancellations and freezes, reducing attrition
- 4Proactively engage members with personalized support to strengthen relationships
- 5Represent BODYBAR at local events to grow community presence and partnerships
- 6Monitor attendance and respond to late cancellations and no-shows to support retention
- 7Maintain organized member bookings and interactions in studio software
- 8Keep inventory, supplies, and studio areas well stocked and inviting
- 9Provide excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- 10Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and brand tone
Requirements10
- 11-3 years retail and/or fitness sales experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Positive, high energy attitude with goal orientation
- 4Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- 5Proficient with computers and studio software
- 6Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
- 7Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends across two studio locations
- 8Demonstrated ability to generate membership and retail sales
- 9Comfort with dealing with client issues, cancellations, and promotions
- 10Strong relationship-building and community outreach skills
